Seeking a strong mid-level software engineer to support development of a key commercial product development program. This crucial role is responsible for contributing to the timely delivery of the system, as well as participation in creating the product's specifications and delivery schedule. Seeking a motivated leader with excellent technical and soft skills, with the strong desire to create a product that exceeds customer demands.
Responsibilities:
• Substantially contribute to the development efforts for a product through the entire software development lifecycle - including specification, user experience, development, QA and delivery.
• Exercise judgment within generally defined best practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for providing solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and sustain product through lifecycle.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
• Strong .NET C# developer with proven experience developing MVC websites
• Experience developing scalable web based software platforms
• SQL Server Database experience
• HTML5/CSS/JavaScript experience
• REST and web API experience
• Azure cloud development experience
• Mobile Development (Apple, Android, etc…) is a plus
• Strong drive for quality along with excellent written and verbal communication skills is required
• Experience with Agile development practice
• BS Computer Science, Software Engineering or related degree required.
• Minimum 7+ years of software development experience
