Location: Raleigh, NC

Duration: 12 Months

Total Openings: 2

 

we need candidate with MUST to have experience in IBM BPM (Business process Modeling) and IBM Blue Works Live.

 

Process Analyst

- Leads process enhancements efforts - Expert in process discovery, documentation, analysis, scoping, and optimization - Power user of Blue works Live and Process Designer. Produces artifacts such as Process Model in BWL and should be able to import the process model to process designer. - Should be able to take the process model into next level (level 2 and level 3) - Facilitates process discussions and planning/management discussions   - Responsible for creating and estimating process work - Works closely with business process SME, systems analysts and process developers and identified KPIs, SLAs, and scoreboards - Should be exceptional in interviewing and communication
