JOB DESCRIPTION:
· 10+ years progressive experience with designing, deploying, and operating enterprise systems with applications using Microsoft platform. Note: this is an Operations job, and the ideal candidate would have both prior operations and development background.
· 5+ years experience with architecting, deploying, optimizing web/e-Commerce applications using Microsoft stack as a .Net Developer/architect, and understanding of .Net framework 4.0/4.5, C#, ASP.Net, web services, SQL server 2008/2012, Stored procedure, SSIS package, CSS, Javascript, MVC, WCF, HTML5, Javascript, SOAP, REST, JSON, CMS.
· 3+ years demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience using modern website availability and performance monitoring tools, both cloud-based and servers based, such as one or more of the following: CatchPoint, Keynotes, DynaTrace, WebpageTest, Adobe Omniture, HP BAC, IBM Tealeaf, Splunk, Wiley.
· 3+ years experience in DevOps with deployment of code in production and/or no-production (Development, QA, Integration). Experience with optimization of the deployment of code using tools such as Web Deploy, Puppet, or using scripting such as Powershell.
· Experience with DB Operations including optimizing and improving Microsoft SQL Server availability and performance a plus. Prior experience as a DBA or Database developer a plus.
· Experience with CMS Operations including deploying, troubleshooting, and improving availability and performance a plus. Familiarity with with Sitecore CMS (Content Management System) a plus.
· Experience with Data analysis and Reporting Tools such SQL Server Reporting Service, Cognos, Hadoop, Splunk a plus.
· Must have experience with Operations design and analysis tools such as creating hardware diagrams, network and infrastructure diagrams, etc. Prior experience as a solutions designer a plus.
· Must have excellent communication, presentation, and problem solving skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job description, roles and responsibilities:
· Work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to implement new voice services in IMS network. Lead end to end integration and trouble-shooting.
· Create and maintain development environments in internal cloud, including launching virtual machines, solving IP connectivity and SIP routing issues, enforcing security rules, and implementing redundancy and monitoring capability.
· Investigate technical solutions for introducing new voice services and creating KPIs. Be able to write scripts and codes for demonstration, and work with Software Development team for implementation.
· When needed, create technical documents, including VoIP call flows, current/target architecture, use story, test cases and operational guideline for peers.
· Provide engineering and operation support as Tier 3&4 engineer.
· Work with Product Development teams for new feature evaluation and enhancements
· Support QA team for solving testing issues and Production team for operational issues.
· Monitor and report customer issues. Make recommendations for improving customer experience and saving internal costs.
Operational Support:
· Operational Support: Provide tier 3&4 technical support in resolving issues seen during QA, trial, deployment and post-production phases
· Test and deploy enhancements and bug fixes: Provide support with testing and deployment of new feature enhancements and bug fixes
· Sanity test plan and test cases: Plan for running sanity, and the list of test cases that will be used for sanity testing the solution
· Daily standup reporting: A quick daily status update. Requires very good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Development and Production instance Maintenance: Support and maintain the development and production environments
Technical Skill Sets:
· Must have very strong experience in VoIP communications, including SIP/RTP/SDP protocols, call features and end to end troubleshooting. Understand IMS architecture.
· Must have very strong operational experience in Linux environment. (CLI/shell scripts/regular expression/configuration/performance monitoring)
· Must have programming experience in JAVA and C.
· Must have work experience in web technologies (HTML/XML, Apache/Tomcat, PHP, Javascript, RESTful API, SOAP)
· Must have work experience in database (MySQL, Cassandra)
· Must have work experience in using Wireshark, SIPp and SOAP UI.
· Prefer Freeswitch, OpenSIPS and Mobicents configuration and operational experience.
· Prefer OSS integration experience, including Splunk, Nagios and SevOne
