This person must be familiar with a variety of BI development platforms (BO, OBIEE, Qlikview) = MANDATORY 
* Lead the management of the BI platforms ' 
* Experience with ETL / DW including BO Data Services 
* Provide on-call production support of the BI platform, including troubleshooting issues ranging from the front tend, all the way to the backend servers and databases. 
* Create, maintain and modify application security models 
* Serve as a trusted partner for our client users while continuing to build and foster relationships 
* Leverage industry best practices and methods. Write process documents for internal team 
* Help plan and assist in the transition of environment management from customer resource to our internal team 
* Ensure adherence to corporate data security requirements for the storage, transportation and retention of data. 
* Manage and patch, hotfix and upgrade installations. 
* 6+ years' experience using BI suites (Business Objects, Cognos, QlikView OBIEE, Tableau, MSFT, etc.) 
* B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience 
* Participation in BI system installations, migrations, upgrades and patching activities a plus 
* Excellent working knowledge of Administration of platform including server administration, setting up middleware and user security mechanisms 
* Experience with data modeling or ETL tools a plus especially BO Data Services 
* Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as both the business and technical communities. 
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

We need a senior resource to lead the new implementation of the Service Contracts module to version R12. Our client is implementing all of the Core Financial modules and we need a strong resource to lead the implemention for the Service Contracts module and will also assist with some of the other module work. The resource needs prior full life cycle implementation experience, starting with the requirements gathering, creation of the business requirements and then the full configuration and implementation. The start date is ASAP 
Order Management experience is a BIG PLUS but not mandatory
