Job Description :

-              Need to have strong background on performance engineering and exposure to tools like load runner, tools for profiling browser, capturing metrics from various tiers like web tier, app server tier, DB tier is critical
-              Ability to communicate well with stake holders across teams (he will be part of Joe's team, but will be coordinating with Core services and Business Services ) to get people in agreement on the issue identification - definition, issue prioritization.
-              Should be able to look across landscape of technologies like JEE based web applications, Oracle DB, web site performance related nuances etc.
-              Good to have experience in QTP.
-              Preferable to have experience in AppDynamics or similar tool.
-              At least 8 years' experience
