Role	Tealium Developer
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	Required Skills:  • Excellent skills in Tealium and Java • Understanding of the software development lifecycle • Has strong collaboration skills and can communicate all aspects of the job requirements, including the creation of formal documentation • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills • Ability to guide, lead, mentor and facilitate collaboration among team members • Be able to document where appropriate • Participation in a team atmosphere and working well with others. • Demonstrates a sense of urgency in completing tasks and resolving issues in order to deliver quality projects on time and within budget • Exhibits a high energy, strategic thinking, results oriented, and global collaborative approach.
Roles and responsibility	Responsibilities include: •SME for analytics/tagging activities on web applications •Participate in discovery of tagging requests (get enough detail to act on, more than "something's busted somewhere!" or "we want a new feature somewhere!") •Basic troubleshooting (if "the website is busted," have they tried other browsers, other computers, clean sessions, etc) using tools to examine javascript variables •Mid-level troubleshooting (identify in what component or web tier is the error occurring, infrastructure if applicable) •Use Tealium TMS to deploy digital analytics tags for clients •Test and validate analytics tags •Consult clients on tagging impacts (performance, user experience, etc) •Interact with internal teams to resolve client support issues
