MANAGER NOTES: The Integrations Analyst is a hands-on role. Must have background with at least one of the following: WebMethods, BPEL and TIBCO. Also must have development experience in XML, JMS and Business Works. Also, there are legacy systems involved so experience with iSeries and/or Oracle applications and integrations would be nice to have.

Description:
Consults with Business Units on integration architecture. Performs a quality assurance role to ensure integration solutions align with Cargill strategy and technologies. Designs and develops internal and external application integrations. Researches and highlights forward-looking integration solutions based on industry trends. Specialist in Tibco Business Works integrations design and development. 
- Develop, test, and implement internal and external application integration solutions.
- Understand and follow software integration development standards, and perform QA reviews with other team members.
- Participate in projects to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our integration technical environment. 

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree, preferably in CS or MIS. 
- 4+ years professional experience considered in lieu of degree.
- 7+ years IT experience with a focus on application integration
- 3+ years experience with WebMethods, BPEL, or TIBCO 
- Proven data flow analytic skills
- Experience working with partners to evaluate business needs and define requirements and architecture.
- Demonstrated knowledge and 2+ years work experience with the following technologies:
SQL (Oracle and/or SQL Server)
XML, XSL, Java, JMS, Business Works Tibco designer tool
Unix/Linux operating systems, Korn/Borne shell scripting


Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge and 1+ years work experience with some or all of the following technologies:
Dell Boomi, Groovy, SOAP, Perl, Tomcat, Subversion, EDI, RESTful Web Services
- Experience with iSeries applications and integrations
- Experience with Oracle based applications and integrations
