Job Description
-    Support the sophisticated project management system at customer's facility
-    Understand functionalities of the system in detail to support end users
-    Analyze the end user's requirement with a business analyst
-    Support user profile and project setup in the system based on user requirement
-    Troubleshoot any issue end users report
-    Work with the system vendor for further troubleshooting investigation if necessary
-    Report the management activities and issues
Qualifications Required
-    AA or AS degree minimum required
-    Proficient for using MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-    Excellent communication skills
-    Troubleshooting skills to find root cause of user troubles
-    Ability and personality to get good customer satisfaction
-    Ability to utilize the system in effective way by analyzing user's business flow
-    Must be a native English speaker or very close to it

Optional
-    Business analyst skills and knowledge
-    Server system administration knowledge
-    Network administration knowledge
-    Programming knowledge
