Project Manager

Manage a portfolio of concurrently run small to medium sized projects across all project phases.  Deliver projects successfully, on time and on budget. Lead a team of 5 to 10 dedicated project professionals including business analysts and developers.  The team size will fluctuate, as needed, to meet client demand.

 

MUST HAVE:

·         Consulting experience strongly preferred

·         3+ years experience leading multiple projects concurrently and handling complex competing client priorities

·         3+ years experience leading project teams using Agile/Scrum across all project phases

·         3+ years experience leading project teams using Waterfall across all project phases

·         Strong experience constructing and escalating test phases

·         Expert written and oral communicator

·         Experience thriving in high pressure situations

·         Must have temperament and patience with all roles in a complex organization

·         PCI compliancy experience

·         Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites, 2007 or 2010

·         MS Project experience

·         Must have a strong customer service orientation

·         Must possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

·         Must have excellent documentation skills and experience

 

NICE TO HAVE:

·         Public sector experience

·         Revenue business experience
