Position:    Installer Software Developer

Location:   Lake Forest, CA

Duration:  6 Months

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.       Working experience on WiX toolkit.

2.       Understanding and extensive working experience on Windows Installers including MSBuild, InstallShield etc.

3.       Scripting languages like PowerShell, VBScript etc.

4.       Knowledge on using ORCA tool for MSI debugging.

5.       Good to have programming experience in .NET languages.

6.       Understands various features supported by IIS webserver.

7.       Any understanding on build process will be an advantage.

8.       Good Communication is must as it will involve direct interaction with various product teams and getting the requirements documented.

9.       Familiar with windows install structure involving registries, INI, windows services, shortcuts, program files etc.
