Position: 1
Responsibilities
· Sound Knowledge of Manual Testing, relevant experience in Software Testing 4/6/8 years
· Experience in testing of web based applications
· Experienced in different type of testing: Functional, non-functional, Integration, System, regression and ad-hoc testing
· Experience of working with onsite-offshore model
· Good written and verbal communications skills
· Strong Analytical and problem solving capabilities
· Good inter-personal skills
· Good to have experience in Retail domain/QSR store environment
· Previous onsite working experience is desirable for all 3 levels
· Well versed with QA metrics and SLAs
· Develop Test Strategy/Test plan for new/existing projects by interacting with multiple business stakeholders
· Work with project teams for various manual testing tasks during the QA lifecycle
· Work with project teams to establish functional test environments, set up test data/accounts to facilitate functional testing
· Able to interpret Testing Strategy and Plan to support implementation of the Testing schedule, scope, scripting, and follow on analysis and recommendations.
· Analyse and report test results; work with delivery team to resolve issues; work with team to move from reacting to issues to proactively preventing them
· Defects trend analysis and status reporting
· Effective in customer communications skills
· Self-directed and highly adaptive to changing priorities
· Experienced in liaising with Technical Project Managers, Designers, Business users, Developers, Product managers, Team members and various Support Groups to obtain required information for successful test evaluation
· Experienced in Resource management, Risk management activities

· Good to have technical knowledge (hardware and networking)
