JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

 

·         10+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in Project Management handling Oracle BI projects.

·         This position is responsible for managing all aspects of IT's project management methodology with primary focus in Oracle Business Intelligence initiatives. 

·         The position is responsible for the management of project-level scope, financials, bottom up work plans, issues and risks, and coordination of org change management. 

·         This project manager role will be a part of the IT Oracle BI Program and support initiatives regarding global IT services delivery and as a result should have experience in large, complex, global deployments/upgrades. 

·         The role demands excellence in communication as well as organizational and time management skill sets. - Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management

·         Experience with large Oracle Business Intelligence projects (OBIEE)

·         Must have led and completed 2 full lifecycle implementations of OBIEE/BI projects

·         Must be able to guide the team while collecting requirements

·         Knowledge of project management tools and techniques

·         Time management and self-organizational discipline

·         Demonstrated influencing and leadership skills, including negotiation and conflict management

·         Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization

·         Proficient in project management best practices such as building work breakdown structures, Agile/Scrum methodologies, etc

·         Operated in a global environment

·         Experience with MS Office applications including:  Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook

·         Willingness to travel Preferred : - Six Sigma, Lean or other process improvement disciplines, - Well versed in traditional SDLC methodologies

·          Experience with large PPM tools (HP, MS Online, Innotas, Primavera, Clarity, etc)

·         Experience as a technical resource in a infrastructure discipline - Experience with people management
