JOB DESCRIPTIONS:-
· SQL 2012 experience required.
· Create the SharePoint 2013 SiteFailover Plan Document and DRE Workbook Participate in two SharePoint 2013 Platform DR tests
· Perform SharePoint 2013 Platform daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc administrative activities as defined in the SharePoint 2013 Operations Run Book as part of operations transition and knowledge transfer to client or its MSP designated contacts over a 12 week duration during the three migration waves
· Provide after-business hours (5:00PM-8:00AM Pacific Time) support during the 12 week operations transition period via an on-call rotation with a maximum 10 hours per week for SharePoint 2013Platform emergency support and disaster recovery events
· Integrate with client's configuration change management, help desk, and reporting processes
· Manage continuity services for BC and DR capabilities
· Provide assistance with the creation of SharePoint 2013 help desk knowledge-base articles Design and execute the operational run book for SQL Server.
· Provide operational support to SQL 2012 environments (that support SharePoint 2013), as well as knowledge transfer to client/MSP.
