Job Summary/Job Description: 
The ideal candidate will be experienced in a fast-paced environment, is customer-service oriented, has a wide spectrum of informatics, research, and evaluation experience and is a problem solver with strong

communication skills.
This individual can quickly identify critical elements in complex business processes and is able to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate effectively with others.
Gather and document business requirements and develop functional requirements.
Partner with various Product Owners to prioritize requirements, create wireframes, and work with developers to develop mockups and create process maps.
Update internal project tracking system, developing and executing test plans, creating training manuals/job-aids, and training end-users.
Create and standardize a library of BI requirements, model documents, templates, and other reusable knowledge assets related to analytics projects and application reporting.
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision for each project
Analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
Coach and cross-train other members of the team in fundamental Business Analysis skills.
Deep and broad knowledge of the domain
Demonstrated success in managing and coordinating with staff across multiple projects, and successful leadership of cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, detail oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical, functional and management staff.
Business analysis experience creating requirements, use cases, functional specifications preferred.
Familiarity with agile methodology preferred.
