Duration: 6 months

 

Bill Rate: $55/hr and Payment Terms: Monthly Invoicing & Net 45 Payments

 

Mandatory Skills: Agile

 

·         Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.

·         Guiding the team on how to get the most out of self organization.

·         Guiding the team on self organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.

·         Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.

·         Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.

·         Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.

·         Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.

Mandatory Skills: JCL, VSAM, COBOL

 

·         To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

·         TO ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review.

·         strong technical skill set in below mentioned areas, with 6 yrs+ exp.

·         These resources will be front ending client SMEs and will be SPOC for all offshore technical interactions with the team for the defined tasks in hand.

·         Good communication and attitude is must and should be flexible in working in onsite-offshore model as it will require late nights and early morning interactions with India teams.

·         To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. 

·         To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions.

·         Mainframe technical experience, including interfaces, tools, and associated technologies.

·         Develop and support the tools and processes to gather detailed user requirements

 

 

Title: Sr Trainer

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Duration: 6 months

 

Bill Rate: $47/hr on C2C and Payment Terms: Monthly Invoicing & Net 45 Payments

 

Mandatory Skills: Healthcare Domain Knowledge

 

·         Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret users' technical questions and issues, and ability to address and relate these issues with training material.

·         Experience in the Health Industry is strongly preferred.  

·         Strong Experience in understanding healthcare claims processing.

·         verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

·         Proficiency with MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) 

·         Generate training documentation

·         Provide training and courseware

·         Assessing individual/group training needs and train them to understand system.

·         Certifications in training and coaching an advantage

Bill Rate: $47/hr on C2C and Payment Terms: Monthly Invoicing & Net 45 Payments

 

Years of experience: 9-11 years

 

Mandatory Skills: Healthcare Domain Knowledge

 

·         Hands-on technical writing and editing experience, with specific experience in documenting information technology software and systems.

·         Experience in the Health Industry is strongly preferred.

·         Strong Experience in understanding healthcare claims processing.

·         Knowledge of information gathering, planning, and organizing methods and principles.

·         Successful Key Person must have a Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing or a related field, such as journalism and previous technical project documentation experience

·         Experience with writing internal or external user manuals as well as internal policy and procedures.

·         Experience working with teams including Project managers, Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, Compliance, and Trainers.

·         Effective written and verbal communication skills.

·         Graphic creation and manipulation

·         Basic understanding of MS-Office

·         Ability to research problems and find solutions independently;·  Strong listening skills:  Communication skills (including clean documentation);·  Function positively while working in a team environment;·  Knowledge sharing, and·  Desire to do optimal work in all situations.
