Responsibilities
* Participate in Estimation, Requirements Analysis, Design and Development for End to End HPSM
implementation
* Consult Service Desk customers - Business/IT regarding ITSM practices
* Participate in Release Planning & Solution Design. Consult IT management regarding HP Service Manager
architecture
* Design and Develop solutions in HP Service Manager
* Design and Develop integrations with HP Service Manager
* Coordinate with shared IT services, QA & other teams
* Plan and implement deployments onto Production environments

We are looking for HPSM professionals with the following skillsets:
1. Must Have Skills/Certifications
* Solid working experience in HPSM covering Technical and functional modules
* Strong hands-on experience on HPSM architecture, solution design, Configurations and Troubleshooting
of HPSM
* Ability to understand customer requirements and do effective feasibility analysis
* Experience/Knowledge of Integrating HPSM with 3rd Party products
* Domain: ITSM
2. Desired Skills/Certifications
* Experience in implementing HPSM as a product for customer needs and provide effective consultancy
