Job Description: 
Will be developing Anthem's health care Enrollment & Billing processing systems:  WGF and ISG.  They are both sittingon mainframe.  This is an immediate need.  Enrollment and billing needs to be completed by

2016.
Looking for very very senior mainframe programmers. Must work independentally.  Will have minimum support from SME's and/or team. Should have real good hands on experience around coding and meeting the

standards of coding and optimization of code.
DB2
IMS
Cobol
Change Management toos (especially Changeman since currently using this)
IBM tools for development (espeically Debugger)
Must work onsite there - 4553 La Tienda Drive, Thousand Oaks, CA
Prefer inperson interviews if candidate is local or if they can travel.  Otherwise, will hire off of a phone interview for someone that is relocating.  
Qualifications:  The candidate should have strong technical skills to understand the solution proposed, complete requirements, complete development work (COBOL, DB2, IMS, tableBase) and see thru the

development work till implementation.
Strong technical expertise in mainframe based environment is required .
Strong development expertise in COBOL is required .
Strong application development expertise in database technologies like DB2, IMS DB/DC is required .
Expertise in changeman and IBM suite of tools like Fault analyzer, File Manager etc
