Abilitytoestablish andmaintain effectiveworking relationships with others.
Abilitytoworkindependently.
Abilitytodeterminework prioritiesand ensureproper completionofworkassignments.
Abilitytocommunicateeffectively,both verballyand in writing

 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
4+ years'experiencein ClassicASP
4+years'experiencein VB6
4+years'experiencein MSAccess
Experienceusing Subversion.
2+years'experiencein Java Frameworkssuch asStruts/Tiles,Struts2,Servlets/JSP, JPA/Hibernate
Knowledgeand experiencewith UnifiedModeling Language(UML).
Experienceusing Maven2and/or3
Familiarity with Agiledevelopmentpractices,specificallySCRUMand Kanban.
Familiarity with environmental regulatorybusinessprocessesand practices.
Knowledgeand understanding of DEP'stechnical environment.

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
