- Hands on experience on Cisco PIXASA Firewalls, Juniper SRX series, Palo Alto, VPN, Troubleshooting Skills, Log Analysis and Review, Compliance Audit.
- Co-ordinate , resolve issues and hardware failures with OEMs as per support contracts.
- Proactive performance and capacity utilization measurement and analysis to identify areas of improvement.
- Assist clients SME team in Problem management and RCA analysis.
- Execute change requests as per Clients documented process to make the changes on the firewalls and document appropriately.
- Manage escalations and rollbacks in case of failed firewall rule changes.
- Assist in migrating Cisco firewalls to Palo Alto firewalls.
