Program Description                                                    

Scottsdale Group (SG) has a critical need to improve data management and analytics in order to make more informed business decisions while staying competitive.

 

Current challenges: Disparate data, Data Gaps in Operational Systems, Data Latency, Analytical tools, Data misuse, Industry & Competitor Intelligence, Growth support.

 

Program Objectives:

Deliver a measurable data quality improvement capability

Deliver a flexible and extensible solution to support changing business needs

Enable information based decision making culture across SG value chain using certified data

Deliver timely and integrated view of SG and external information to enable business analysis

Build a sustainable foundation to enable skill uplift in Business Intelligence and analytics

Deliver foundational predictive analytics capability

                                                           

Job Duties and Responsibilities                                                

This role is Data Analyst Consultant position.                                                    

The Project's Requirements Lead's primary responsibility is to ensure the overall integrity and consistency of the solution requirements across the entire project including all impacted assets.

Previous project experience in Data Warehouse

Elicits and delivers information / data requirements to project  stakeholders

Responsible for defining data quality rules such as completeness, standardization, validation, integrity, uniqueness, cardinality, and reference data rules

Experience creating and running SQL scripts, Sql Server, DB2 and writing complex formulas and automated macros using Excel

Contributes to data modeling and  technical solution approach
