Oracle CRM Functional Consultant

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Rate : $70/hr CTC

Start Date: ASAP

Must work a 5-day work week (Monday-Friday)

Must pass a background/drug screen

Job Description:

• Should have experience in 

• creating Dashboard and Quick Menu in Oracle Telesales

• Inbound and Outbound Telephony. 

• Marketing Online 

• eMail center modules 

• integration with Oracle Telesales.

• Should be able to perform Requirement Gathering, Functional Design, Transformation ideas, architecture review, Co-ordinate with other cross functional team, Functional Test Planning, Functional Testing, UAT Support and Production support for Oracle Applications CRM module with Service Contracts knowledge.

Skills:

Oracle Apps CRM functional profile with knowledge on Oracle Telesales. Should have program management exposure as well
