Maintenance & Support. Ability to Guide a small team, understand applications, requirements, be able to design and drive the development. Good written and verbal communication skills.

Must have: 

VB.NET,  XML, XSLT,WCF web services Microsoft SQL server 2008, Stored Procedure, View, ERD etc, ASP.NET, Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, TFS. Should have knowledge on MVC
