Job Description:
Run existing queries and finalize daily, weekly and monthly reports
Develop and improve SPSS and SQL queries
Conduct interagency data matches
Manage reporting and provide knowledge of HUD requirements to providers and operations
Analyze business process and build efficiencies
Analyze portfolio of indicators and reports to reduce duplication and ensure highest quality, targeted reporting
Assist in centralizing data currently in Access and Excel
Interface with stakeholders to manage communication, assign requests, and monitor status of requests
Administrative support, including budget management and HR-related support
Document process and introduce improvements to everyday staff workflow
Support the Cognos Enhanced Reporting and Business Intelligence initiatives (document report requirements, create reports, and deliver those reports)
Provide database support to operational staff
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
SPSS
Excel and Access
Experience with large relational databases
Deep and broad knowledge of the domain
SQL DB
Demonstrated success in managing and coordinating with staff across multiple projects, and successful leadership of cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Business analysis experience creating requirement use cases, functional specifications preferred.
Familiarity with agile methodology preferred.
