Responsibilities

·         Implement  SAP CRM Interaction Center with customizations as per the customer design/requirements within SAP's recommendation/guidelines. 

·         Must be able to follow AMAT development standard processes, analyze the functional specification, create the technical specification, perform unit test, work closely with the functional analyst, keep open communication with the technical lead . 

·         Support various testing cycles, user acceptance test, go-live and post go-live as needed. 

·         Maybe required to attend meetings with offshore analysts. 

·         Be able to assign/monitor development objects to other offshore/onsite developer(s). 

·         Will need to work from Applied Materials locations.

Skills

·         CRM hard code experience. 

·         ABAP experience of 8+ years with CRM IC working knowledge.

·         Must have experience working with Interaction Center User Interface/WebClient UI,  Webdynpro,  CRM Business Role/IC WebClient Profile, Navigation Bar, transaction launcher and HR organizational Model.

·         ABAP Core, Adobe form, Enhancement implementations, BADI, CMOD

·         USER EXITS, Object Oriented, ALE/IDOC, ALV report.  Adobe, Smartform and Workflow skillsets are nice to have. Must have very good communication skills.
