Job Title: Project Management - Business Analyst
Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Duration: 7+ months
Job Description
• Updates and maintains the assigned project plans including activities, tasks, durations, start/finish dates, predecessors/successors, and resources.
• Analyzes the project plans to identify changes to the critical path, assesses potential impacts to downstream activities/tasks, and communicates them appropriately.
• Maintains the action, issue, and risk logs.
• Provides weekly project dashboards and status reports.
• Schedules meetings, prepares agendas, facilitates meetings, and documents meeting notes.
• Updates SharePoint and Project Server with the project management artifacts weekly.
• Completes additional activities/tasks assigned by the Program Director and Project Manager.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders and management to ensure their requirements are met and the project is successful.
• Represents the project in a positive, professional, and enthusiastic manner.
