Requirements :
Business Objects Admin role will be responsible for the day to day support and maintenance of overall environment (Administration and troubleshooting, Support, reporting, etc)
Installation and configuration experience in large/medium scale implementations on windows with BO servers
Experience with SAP Business Objects Administration tools: CMC, Import Wizard, Full Life Cycle Management, creating New Users, Groups setup, Scheduling, Report Conversion tool, Security where it applies
Extensive experience with support of Web Intelligence and Desktop Intelligent Reports.
Extensive experience in Universe Designer and connections.
Provide day to day support of all BO application tools.
Solid working knowledge of the SQL language
Working knowledge of SQL server databases
Perform root cause analysis and resolution of issues with reports and universes.
Good grasp of Decision Support Systems and Data Warehousing concepts and exposure to Data Mining methodologies and tools.
Experience in relational and dimensional data modeling, logical & physical database design
Experience with report development and support of Web Intelligence and Desktop Intelligent Reports.
Experience using the Report Conversion tool for convert Desktop Intelligence reports to Web Intelligence reports.
Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and client interactions.
Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple internal customers.
Ability to maintain own workflow and meet deadlines, to prioritize tasks to best meets departmental and organizational goals
Ability to document functional and technical requirements, report specifications, design documents, and test scenarios according to standards
Experience and skills requirements:

Responsibilities:
Provide pre & post-sales support (Request For Information/ Request For Proposals regarding contract, technical requirements within Corporate Master Service agreements. Hold project kickoff meetings of all new & existing customer carrier projects while jointly maintaining internal schedules in conjunction with regional project management teams. Engage cross-functional organizations resources regarding all deployment activities. Point of Contact for Carrier customers providing deployment updates on scheduled weekly status calls. Responsible for end to end service delivery of all carrier projects from the beginning of network deployment to customer handoff. Firm Order Commitment dates and ensuring Architecture and Design adherence.
Required Qualifications:
2-4 years' experience operating in a cross-functional/matrix environment in a telecommunications organization. 5 years Project Management experience in a high technology/telecommunication services environment strongly preferred; Experience with data carrier products, Ethernet standards and technologies required; Able to multitask and perform in a fast paced and changing environment with minimal direction and supervision.
