Job Description:
· Work with cross-functional teams to elicit & document accurate, comprehensive business requirements and functional specifications (Develop advanced business documentation, designs and plans for implementing solutions).
· Assist the business on process analysis and improvement, organizational change or strategy to meet business requirements.
· Advise IT management, Project leaders and customers by providing directions on IT technology, opportunities and market trends.
· Significant experience in leading analysis in large international projects
· Ability to provide technical leadership and support to other analysts
Job Experience:
· 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
· BS/MS/MBA or equivalent
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Facilitate a critical communications role by interacting with users (business domain), project team members and development personnel (technical domain)
· Develop requirements and establish traceability to the business vision.
· Ensure the requirements are specified in a manner suitable for the intended audience and are understandable, unambiguous and capable of being implemented and tested
· Ability to manage the requirements through the project lifecycle by establishing and maintaining agreements between the customer and the project team
· Proficient with technical documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, support documentation, user guides, workflow processes and test cases
· Experience of working face to face and remotely with customers from IT, the Business and Vendors.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels
· Proficient requirements meeting facilitator, including demonstrated experience in facilitating sessions using techniques to help define scope and requirements during the lifecycle
· Experience with SDLC and at least one or two project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
· Project organization skills to support IT project lead in the initiation phase and later on as needed.
Preferred
· Enterprise Content Management/Document Management
· Contract Lifecycle Management
· Sales Force Dot Com/ APTTUS
· Good understanding of the dataflow and integrations between systems.
· Experience gathering requirements for interfaces and/or reporting from a data warehouse
