Responsibilities -

• Remove impediments of an agile team.

• Foster collaboration and communication, and pursue a servant leadership model.

• Coach agile values and principles to the team.

• Manage release and iteration planning, standup, sprint review and retrospective meetings.

• Advocate transparency, honesty, and creativity.

• Manage risks and dependencies in an agile environment.

• Represent your team for the organization.

• Focus on continuous learning and early feedback loops

• Track project finances.

Skills -

• Excellent listening and communication skills.

• Profound understanding of agile methodology and Servant Leadership.

• Expertise in removing road blocks and resolving conflict.

• Must have 3-5 years of experience of managing medium-sized IT projects following agile methodologies.

• Possess planning, prioritization, and leadership skills in an agile environment.

• Understand the basic concepts of Test Driven Development and how to include quality in all parts of the team's plans

• PMP and CSM are a plus but not required
