JOB DESCRIPTION
· We are looking to hire a new User Experience UX Designer to join our growing team! Someone with education and experience in UX and who is interested in growing their UX career.
· We have lots of mobile, web, and SAP applications that we want to make more intuitive and user friendly, so this is a great opportunity to make an impact on a huge company's enterprise IT applications.
· This position will also mentor junior UX Designers. This team is very customer facing, working closely with teammates and end users, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
· We want this person to be technically savvy, to have a knack for application and web design, and a passion for giving their end users the best experience possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Translate conceptual ideas into engaging visual presentations and design solutions
· Develop visual design prototypes ranging from comprehensive layouts to interactive mock-ups
· Communicate effectively with team members, internal and external customers and maintain design consistency
· Work with design systems and building on those systems for enterprise level apps
· Develop process and data flows to support design solutions
· Conduct user research and analyze the results
· Create Personas and faciliate workshops Qualifications
· Experience in designing and implementing websites and enterprise-level software applications
· Knowledge and understanding of HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
· Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
· SAP Personas experience preferred
· Experience in iRise preferred
· Strong understanding of user experience principles, visual design, interaction design and user interface development
· Ability to work independently or as part of a team, on multiple projects
· Must provide portfolio or samples of professional design work
