12 plus years of Experience in Oracle Applications as a functional consultant
Must have good knowledge in Oracle CRM modules Tele Service, Field Service & Service Contracts
Good experience in CRM Foundation, TCA and Territory Manager
Must have 3 end to end implementation experience in the area of CRM.
Should be able to architect solutions in CRM Service area
Should have the capability of Business process re-organization, drive innovative solutions and guide customer and delivery teams
Good experience in Onsite/offshore model.
