 JOB DESCRIPTIONS:-

 

·         Over 10 years relevant IT experience

·         5 years development experience on one of more of the Remedy components: ARS, ITSM, CMDB or SRM

·         Atleast 2 years of experience in ARS component

·         Good knowledge on data components and data models used by Remedy

·         Experience in migrating data from Remedy to other systems

·         Demonstrated understanding of ITIL processes and implementation within the ITSM suite.

·         Arrive at data migration plan for migrating data from BMC Remedy to other platform working along with technical architects and SMEs from other platform

·         Own the data migration by involving in Data Mapping and Data migration execution activities
