Really strong experience with Microsoft technologies (.Net,SQL Server) with an emphasis on the front-end development (up to date on the recent development of JS libraries

· 3 years' experience working with complex systems
· Front end experience is very key; they use a variety of different technologies on the team.
· Will be designing and implementing new products or enhancements, mostly web and user facing.
· Larger company background is helpful due to the size of the system
We are looking for a highly motivated IT professional with 6+ years of experience developing web based applications. Candidates must thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy solving mission critical business issues through the use of cutting edge technology. Must have really strong experience with Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL Server) with an emphasis on the front-end development (up to date on the recent development of JS libraries). Bright seasoned individual with a "get it done" mentality. Has deep understanding and passion about technology and is able to work independently. It is important to have a mentor type mentality as the work will require working closely with junior developers.
Responsibilities:
· Design and implement new products or enhancements, mostly web and user facing.
· Work with the business community to turn business requirements into cost-effective and elegant solutions.
· Strive to minimize technical debt.
Requirements
· 6+ years of experience
· College-degree or equivalent. Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
· Technology: Has strong experience with SQL server and all related technologies, .NET development (web and back-end, web services, etc.), networking and hardware fundamentals.
· Must have at least 3 years' experience working with complex systems with thousands of users and complex business requirements.
· Strong understanding of security concepts
· Exceptional debugging skills and strong experience with performance tuning.
· Strong organizational skills and an ability to effectively multitask.
· Good estimation and project management skills.
· Strong foundation in variety of development methodologies.

· Visual Studio ASP.NET (1.1 to 4.5)
· C#/VB .NET
· .NET Enterprise Library
· Team Foundation Server (TFS)
· Knowledge of AWS environment
· SQL Related
