This position will work directly with senior leadership and must be an excellent communicator.


MUST HAVES
•    8+ years Very Strong Experience in Release Management
•    Strong experience managing releases in a Data Warehouse environment
•    Strong experience managing data projects and Data Warehouse projects
•    Emphasis on:
o    Delivery/Program/Project Management
o    Data Warehouse
o    Health Care industry Experience
•    Proficient in the use of project management, spreadsheet and database query tools
•    Has subject matter expertise in release management process
•    Experience in the financial industry
•    Recognized as an expert
•    Anticipates internal and or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommends process, product or service improvements
•    Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business
•    Contributes to the development of functional strategy
•    Leads project teams to achieve milestones and objectives
•    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
•    Excellent communication & presentation skills

NICE TO HAVE
•    Technical background- specifically developing within a data warehouse environment
•    Experience working with Medicare/Medicaid
•    Experience working for a government agency dealing with health/health care
