Must Have:
ü 5-7 years' work related experience. Advanced degree in Computer Science/Applied Statistics/Mathematics/Engineering/Operations Research.
ü Hands on work experience in building models using statistical tools like, SAS/SPSS/R/Azure ML
ü Industry experience in Data analytics/BI, Data modeling and visualization, Optimization and statistics.
ü Knowledge of Databases (writing SQL Scripts).
ü Experience with data manipulation and analysis using Big data technologies like Map Reduce/Hive, Cosmos ML. Knowledge of C# will be plus
ü Experience in data mining/data analysis: be comfortable with statistics (percentiles, median, standard deviation, outliers, distributions) and predictive modeling.
ü Expert with Excel, PowerPoint, Power Pivot, Power Query, and other reporting tools.
ü Proven technical strength and creativity - the ability to think outside the box for technical solutions.
ü Strong cross-group collaboration and communication skills – ability to coordinate deliverables across teams.
ü Prior experience with cloud services or cloud data services and/or data analytics projects preferred.
ü Technical skills to ask the right questions and find the right answers & willingness to learn new skills. Development / Coding experience is a plus.
