Position – QA Manual Tester with programming exp

Location : Mountain view-CA

Duration : Long term

Client: Tech Mahindra

 

​Job Duties:

·  Able to create and maintain testplans

·  Design sanity, smoke and regression suites through automation and manual tests

·  Functional ownership of features and some level of supervision of activities from other QA engineers.

·  Strategize and prioritize tests in fast paced agile development

·  Code coverage analysis

·  Collaborate with Product managers and developers to understand r​equirements, use cases and transform them into tests.

·  Participate in design discussions and raise adequate questions about the quality, stability, usability and scalability of the applications in test

Minimum qualifications:

·  Bachelors degree in computer science or related field with 5 years of experience 

·  Experience with any automation tool for web based applications.

·  Selenium is plus.

·  Strong knowledge of Object oriented programming .

·  Experience with any scripting language

·  Strong understanding of algorithms and database concepts

·  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

·  Excellent communication skills

·  Attention to detail

·  Be able to work in fast paced env and multi-task.

·  Experience working with global teams
