Title: Salesforce Admin/Developer
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: Long term contract
Job Description:
· The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the CRM systems support and updating functions on SalesForce.com.
· The successful candidate will also monitor the end-user usage of the systems and perform daily administrative tasks.
· She/he will provide input and support for, and performs full systems life cycle management activities (e.g., analyses, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation of systems and applications software, etc.).
· She/he participates in component and data architecture design, technology planning, and testing for Applications Development (AD) initiatives to meet business requirements.
· This position provides input to applications development project plans and integrations.
· She/he collaborates with teams and supports emerging technologies to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives.
· This position provides knowledge and support for applications development, integration, and maintenance. She/he provides input to department and project teams on decisions supporting projects.
Primary Skills:
· Ability to understand high-level solution architecture and design
· Understand and implement data- and process-modeling techniques
· Hardware sizing and estimation based on architecture
· Ability to perform CRM customization and configuration to enhance Client' CRM solutions by extending the Salesforce.Com application via its proprietary customization
· APEX Development
· 2+ years' experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce Force.com platform using Apex and Visual force
· 4+ years of relevant experience including administration and development of a Salesforce Org
· Salesforce – Process Automation, Business Analysis, Supporting product development requirements and processes.
Additional Skills:
· Middleware technologies used for integrations
· Excellent communication skills - both written and presentation
· Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming concepts
· Experience with Salesforce.com Web Services APIs
· Hands-on experience with JavaScript/HTML/CSS/AJAX, Web services, XML, J2EE (or .Net), Java
· Experience with Agile software development and Test Driven Development methodologies
· Proficiency in Java, Apex, XML, SQL, REST or SOAP-based web services (SOA)
· Should be able to work independently and in agile manner
