·         Business Architecture experience (desired). 
·         Ability to lead and facilitate discussions, bring consensus, harvest ideas and flesh out solutions with Business & technical SMEs. 
·         Driving results -Strong team orientation with the ability to collaborate across a variety of business and technology teams - Influencing & negotiation skills - Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
