Strong IBM ODM Developer	Wilmington, DE	• Strong experience in Operational Decision Management (ODM) and/or ILOG software • Strong xperience in Operational Decision Management (ODM) / ILOG modules such as Rule Studio, RTS, RES. RSO, DVS and/or Decision Warehouse • Experience in implementing detailed rules, following appropriate syntax and using standard vocabulary • Experience in validating rules against the object model and data model • Experience in performing detailed testing and debugging • Experience in implementing the logic to expose the rules to other system / users • Experience in implementing the logic to integrate with other systems • Experience in working in a team environment • Experience in performing any potential optimization and updates the rules accordingly • Experience in writing technical and business rules, Rule Studio, Java/J2EE architecture and software development life cycle process.
