Position: Pro*C Developer

Location: Denver, CO

 

Duration: 12-18 months+

Interview: Hire over Phone/Skype          

 

The Sr SW Systems Engineer will perform development functions in association with industry standard SDLC from Requirements gathering through Development, Implementation, and support. 

 

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science or a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field is required
• A minimum of 5 years of software development experience
• Experience with Pro*C, C,  or C#, C++, PL/SQL
• Experience with Oracle Forms
• Experience with JAVA/J2EE programming
• Experience with a relational database query language such as Oracle SQL
• UNIX (Solaris)
• Shell Programming (C-shell, KORN Shell) and PERL
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

·         Design experience

Responsibilities:

• Follows SDLC as key portions of the software development lifecycle
• The majority of this role will concentrate on development and support of functionality within the core applications for the FASCore retirement plan record keeping system
• Must be willing to participate in team production support on-call responsibilities as well as development on team maintenance tasks.
• Must be willing to act as a Work Manager (project management)
