1.Resource requirement :
Sr. Technical Lead (onsite/Pittsburg in Pennsylvania) with excellent understanding of ATG, commerce, checkout process and has retail experience with knowledge about exposing ATG functions and methods as services. This resource would be on the services side working on the mobile app, enabling the mobile app functionalities and hence need to have experience with APIs. This resource would be part of incremental development and support on the mobile app. Need to have leadership skillets to lead a team of 3-4 developers. Current architecture is on ATG platform with coarse granular services exposing through API built on Note JavaScript
2. Resource requirement :
Sr. Technical lead (onsite/Pittsburg in Pennsylvania) to lead this project with strong knowledge on ATG. The architecture is ATG as backend, ATG as services, BCC as a catalog and Endeca as search engine. Angular is the front-end technology. These two resources will ensure that the code quality and architecture delivered is as per standards, performance, etc by the vendor.

Profile:
• 7 to 8 Years of total Java/J2EE experience
• 2 Years hands-on experience in ATG Commerce
• Implemented at least 2 complete lifecycle ATG Commerce Project
• Design experience on ATG Commerce based projects
• Experience in Integration of ATG Commerce with other systems
• Understanding of Order Fulfillment process
• Ability to provide ATG Commerce based solutions
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect ATG commerce solutions
• Create High Level design documents
• Lead a team towards successful completion of the project
• Communicate with Client

Job Description :
1. Required Experience
•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT or related field.
•3+ years of Java development and design skills for large IT systems.
•5 years of development experience in the IVR & at least 2 year with CTI
•The prospective candidate needs to have knowledge of J2EE, Application server, XML, Design patterns and algorithms.
2. Role & Responsibilities
•Develop and modify Speech IVR applications using Orchestration designer.
•Review call flows and UI specifications and create technical designs, system requirements and specifications.
•Work with basic Java and J2EE technology with basic understanding of Application Servers such as Weblogic and Websphere.
•Troubleshooting post-production problems and suggesting and implementing quick solutions. Fast reaction to issues, providing technical input for rollback decisions.
3. Technical Skills Required (Must Have & Nice to Have)
Must Have
Avaya IVR R3, TSAPI, JTAPI, Avaya CM, Avaya AES, Avaya IC platform, Avaya CMS, and AVP
Nice to Have
Java, J2EE, Web Service , Avaya DD, Nuance ASR and TTS.
