 Must Have:

ü  Associate must be have minimum of  5 years of relevant experience on Java/J2EE programming and Extjs

ü  Adequate knowledge on project management

ü  Experience gathering requirements and developing functional specifications

ü  Strong technical knowledge to be able to create technical specifications and/or review work of team

ü  Strong understanding of Accounting best practices and Java best practices and design.

ü  Good experience on Extjs

Roles and responsibility:

ü  Review the technical design, test cases, requirement documents etc

ü  Working on support tickets

ü  Status reporting

ü  Management of offshore/onshore team

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills:

ü  EXTJS experience

ü  Walgreens bOunce framework

ü  Retail domain experience

ü  working experience in onshore-offshore model
