Job Description:
The Technical Web Business Analyst will work for our client's Delivery Team, Specifically, supporting thier Operations Technology efforts. Our client has several key enhancements that need to be delivered including web services, extending hours of service, and zone changes to support longer runs. These efforts are critical to the Sales team and enabling the program to meet its business plan objectives. Due to the contract delays with our third party software provider, the team needs some additional help to scale up with the goal of minimizing any further delays to the enhancements. This person more specifically will help with writing documentation under our client's direction to support these key enhancements.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate the process of gathering and defining business requirements, including the discovery, analysis and documentation of business cases, requirements, process flows, use cases, and test cases/scripts performance metrics, and reports.

Create and maintain documentation: requirements, JSON schema, technical specifications, user guides, etc...
Convert XML to JSON
Test web service functionality in test, staging and production environments
Maintain log for web service "action items" and "issues"
Communicate system and web service issues with NGL, the development group, till issue resolution completed
Support customers when setting up staging and production environments
Create and maintain documentation: requirements, JSON schema, technical specifications, user guides, etc...

Skills Required:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience managing multiple third part development teams
• Custom Facing Documentation for Web Services
• Prior experience working with technology systems preferably web services experience(JSON, SOAP, XML)
• 5+ years of business and technical requirements writing experience
• Experience with Microsoft products, including Excel and PowerPoint
• High level of organization, problem solving and communication skills
• 3+ years experience writing and executing test scripts as well as documenting user notes
• Experience working with 10-14 concurrent projects
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience managing multiple third part development teams

• Prior experience working with technology systems preferably web services experience(JSON, SOAP, XML)
