Location:- Chicago, IL

Duration:- 6+ Month

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

 

Roles & Responsibilities

·          Responsible for creating, managing, and updating various SDLC deliverables such as test scripts, migration plans, functional requirements, qualification scripts, etc.

·         Provide weekly Status updates of the Technology Integration work stream to the program

·          Collaboratively manage the TI items of the Risk and Issue log, with the overall project team Own and manage the Action log and actions for the TI work stream activities

·         In the role of PM support in the Technology Integration work stream of project Optimal collaborate with the other internal and external team members, the PM and the PMO.

·         Will be the central point of contact for the key US based business users and the vendors that represent them ensuring that information flows from the US to the EU,JP, and other global team members

·          Maintain and manage the BRS work stream steps in the overall project planning

·          Use PM methodologies to forecast and predict issues and provide multiple potential alternatives

·          Maintain and manage the IT work stream steps in the overall project planning

·          Provide feedback and actively suggest improvements to the program and work to fill these gaps together with the BRS team.

·          Collaborate with other groups within the Global Information Systems division that BRS is part of. (e.g. Solutions Architect; IT compliance; SME)

·          Collaborate with counterparts that support the BRS team in other regions, ensures transparent communication to the TI work stream members

·          Ensure meeting minutes are created and shared.

·          Experience with Documentum (ADMSIT), SharePoint (SPS)

·          Experience with implementing systems on premise and on the cloud (SaaS)

·          Experience in pharma

·          Experience with Financial planning systems (e.g. SAP, BPC)

Organized; Good communication skills; Fluent in English (written and spoken); Analytical, develop and share process improvements.

·          Able to combine PMO activities with being an active and flexible project manager within a larger program structure.

·         Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

·          Excellent organizational and decision making skills including the demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while providing quality customer service and products.

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·          Apply social skills

·          Be stress resistant

·          Flexibility to work outside US business hours

·          PMP certification is a plus

 
DESIRABLE TECHNICAL SKILLS:

 

Previous experience working in with validated systems in the pharmaceutical industry.
•        Previous experience managing  global project and related impacts (Data Privacy, Multiple Time Zones, Local Impacts, etc)
•        Experience working in a multiple vendor and stakeholder environment.
•        Must have prior experience with SaaS solutions.
•        Extensive working knowledge of SharePoint & Microsoft CRM.
