Business/Systems Analyst III

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 6 months

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Creates process engineering and business flow assessments to ensure appropriate engineering of solutions

·         Assists Development team in converting frontend application requirements into functional web service requirements.

·         Serves as lead conduit between developers, architects and designers, and with internal business partner and/or vendor companies

·         Provides technical/functional consultative direction in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user meet user requirements

·         Leads crossfunctional linked teams to address business or systems solutions

·         Supports team by assisting with: functionality questions, testing, implementation, and other deployment and delivery functions, as assigned

·         Elicits business requirements from partners and translates them into functional specifications and assists in technical design

·         Provides guidance and direction to less experienced business systems analysts

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Undergraduate degree in CS/CE/CIS/MIS/Engineering/Technology or Business Administration related field or equivalent experience/training.

·         7+ years of relevant technical or business work experience

·         Advanced expertise in SDLC

·         Experience working as an analyst with web services functional and nonfunctional requirements is a MUST.

·         Expert ability to plan strategically for current and future business environments, including future technology and business design changes to create flexible solutions

·         Expert knowledge of system flows, engineering documentation, tools and architecture concepts

·         Must be well organized, thrive in a senseofurgency environment, leverage best practices, and most importantly, innovate through any problem with a cando attitude

·         Proficient in MS Office applications

·         Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills

·         Airline industry knowledge is a plus

·         Knowledge of SQL commands for table queries is a plus

·         Ability to peruse system logs for problem resolution is a plus

 

Business Intelligence Analyst, Supply Chain

Location: Ft, worth (Dallas) TX

Duration: 6 months

Business Intelligence Programmer/Analyst, Supply Chain Performance

·         The Reporting Team in Supply Chain Performance provides reporting and analytical support across the entire Technical Operations Supply Chain organization at American Airlines with particular emphasis on enhancements in materials performance and planning, conversion to Parts360 inventory system, ongoing Tech Ops operational requirements, as well as future integration requirements.

·         Duties for the Business Intelligence Programmer/Analyst, Supply Chain Performance, will include:

·         Develop operational reports and dashboards in Cognos and/or through Teradata SQL queries

·         Audit and analyze reports to ensure data accuracy

·         Identify data error root causes, troubleshoot and analyze any errors within and between systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity

·         Qualifications

·         Bachelor degree, preferably in computer science, math, engineering, operations research or any other quantitative or programming discipline field

·         2+ years of experience with writing SQL queries including long queries, joins, unions etc.

·         Aptitude for problem identification and resolution; the ability to identify data root causes, troubleshoot and analyze any errors within and between systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity

·         Self-motivated individual with a high level of integrity

·         Experience with Teradata and Inventory Management Systems a plus

·         The candidate will have a high performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility.

 

Programmer Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics CRM)

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 6 months

 

Description:

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer, your role is to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment to develop, enhance and maintain CRM solutions. You will need to leverage CRM as a development platform for supporting and improving business processes. You will also need to collaborate effectively with the business/business users, IT, and various stakeholders.

Essential duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

·         Day to day administration of existing CRM solution including security and customizations (plugins, workflows, web services, entity relationship management and reports)

·         Extending CRM solution to support evolving business processes; successfully manage end to end delivery of any additional functionality and/or solutions related to CRM

·         Research and promote implementation of valued CRM functionality and use

·         Support system integration, testing, releases, and maintenance

·         Ensure CRM enhancements and modifications are properly documented

·         Provide support to business, quality assurance and end user support team

Skills:

·         Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011/ 2013/ 2015 SDK including working knowledge of creating workflows and plugins.

·         Experience with upgrading Microsoft Dynamics CRM (e.g. CRM 4.0 to 2011 or CRM 2011 to 2013 / 2015)

·         Possess a solid application development background as well as experience across all phases of a typical project cycle including project discovery, refining business requirements, planning, designing, developing, testing and supporting custom developed applications.

·         Have experience developing applications using ASP.NET, Java Script, C# and SQL.

·         Be familiar with configuration and deployment of Microsoft CRM applications.

·         Have strong analytical skills.

·         Have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

·         Serve as a CRM Developer to design, customize, and implement CRM solutions for Microsoft CRM 2011 / 2013/ 2015.

·         Support full CRM systems lifecycle development including design, coding, and software documentation.

·         Collaborate with team to define the scope of work, further develop the scenarios into specifications, and analyze the CRM capabilities to design a compelling CRM solution.

·         Identify and effectively communicate the issues/risks to the project manager to ensure they are addressed.

·         Identify, create, and maintain all mandated enhancement documentation.

·         Independently develop code and manage the source code and versioning with minimum supervision.

·         Work with other developers to deliver the complete solutions.

 

CRM Developer Qualifications:

·         BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience

·         5+ years of .Net programming experience working in .Net framework (4.0 or 4.5).

·         Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 through 2015, experience performing Configurations, Implementations, and Customizations using MS CRM customizations tools.

·         Experience using ASP. Net C#, Javascript, with a strong SQL background.

·         Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

·         Understanding of development lifecycle & team development.

·         System Integration Experience.

·         Comfortable in an agile development environment.

·         Willing to travel 10% of time.

·         Experience in upgrading Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments – a plus
