Title: Web Designer

Location: San Bruno, CA

Duration: 6+ months

 

Exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer interested in new site web design. We are currently working on reimagining our online presence, and are looking for a graphic designer who has the ability to think strategically and implement/execute to the finest of details. The Graphic Designer should be able to command image based and typographical layouts and is advanced in knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud. The designer would design and produce assets to our new standards for use in a variety of media: email designs, web or digital media. This role works with many other visual designers, art directors, the Creative Director, as well as site merchandising, buying and marketing teams in a collaborative environment.

 

 

 

Title: Pega LSA

Location: Washington, DC

Duration: 6 Months with Possibility of extension

 

Eligibility –

·         Pega certified Lead System Architect (Version 7.x preferred) desired, must have at least P1 cleared

·         Should have 8+ years of IT experience

·         Should have minimum 5+ years of Pega experience

·         Must have worked on at least 3 Pega development projects with design and architecture specific role in at least 2 Pega projects

 

Job Description –

·         Hands-on technology leadership role

·         Define enterprise level design for  the Pega applications

·         Work closely with client's enterprise architecture and BPM CoE team

·         Provide technology direction to onshore-offshore based implementation team

·         Actively participate in all phases of SDLC, producing high quality deliverables

·         Assist with planning and execution of unit, integration and user acceptance testing

·         Facilitate knowledge transfer of PRPC based application functionality.

Software QA Analyst II

Location: Miramar, FL

Duration: Long Term

 

Summary:

·         The Software QA Analyst utilizes software quality assurance best practices to ensure that all functional/technical design requirements have been satisfied prior to delivery to our customers.  The candidate must have proven software test experience in all phases of the project life cycle (Requirements-Design-Coding-Testing-Production).  Ability to complete all testing deliverables including test plan, test cases, defect reports, test status reports based on our standards and procedures.  Conduct Functional/System Test of Break-fix, Enhancements, and projects.

 

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree in a computer-related discipline OR equivalent work experience

·         2-4 years of QA principles and practical experience with structured software testing.

·         2+ years of .net,C#,ASP, web services, web application testing hands-on experience

·         2+ years' experience with industry leading test management tools (e.g., Mercury Test Director, IBM Rational Test Manager /Clear Quest) is desirable

·         2+  years of experience working with mobile products (smart phones and tablets) and mobile device simulators/emulators (Apple iOS SDK, Android SDK)

·         Participates with QA projects from inception through implementation phases

·         Develops comprehensive Test Plans to address Functional Test, System Test, and User Acceptance Test activities.

·         Ability to decompose front-end (Web application, GUI), Client server and back-end (objects, interfaces, triggers, events) application server business logic to define effective test strategies.

·         Ability to utilize SQL query tools (Toad, Query analyzer) to create complex query scripts(table joins, unions) for data validation communicates/interfaces with Business Analysts, Project managers, Account Executives, and developers to understand/create test requirements and identify validation needs.

·         Experience throughout the project life cycle including reviewing project.

·         Experience with use case driven development and UML documentation is a plus.

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

·         Responsible for working with Business Analyst/Developers to elaborate business specs into testable requirements

·         Develops Test Plans/Cases based on Functional/Technical  specifications for requirements compliance

·         Conducts Integration and System Test activities on application releases to ensure customer acceptance

·         Ensures testability of Software Requirements and Technical Design Specifications via reviews

·         Creates QA Project Plans (WBS),  Estimates, Schedules, and Test Status Reports

·         Provide inputs to better maintains and enhances software QA process and procedures

·         Define and manage QA projects via TestDirector  processes (Requirements, TestPlan, TestLab, Defects)

·         Manage QA  environments via periodic production refreshes to maintain test data integrity

·         Develop QuickTestPro automated scripts to improve regression test cycles is desired

·         Report Status of test activities/projects to determine production readiness/Deployment strategy

 

 

Software QA Analyst

·         Single point of escalation for issues and risks related to program

·         Formulate and present recommendations and drive decision making with key stakeholders

·         Able to manage projects when necessary

·         Collaborate with the ITS leadership to manage day to day resource conflict, risks and issues related to the program

·         Maintain executive level issues and risk across the program.  Escalates to the PMO VP or other Sr. executives to resolve conflict and issues

·         Accountable for program financials

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree or higher required

·         Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required

·         Minimum 5 years of program management required

·         Direct experience as a successful Project Manager (PM) required

·         Minimum 10 years of project management

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project required

·         Experience with Microsoft Project Server a plus

·         Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the project and program management disciplines

·         Extensive experience in vendor management, including developing and managing Statement of Works

·         Extensive experience managing large-scale vendor implementations and partnerships

·         Implementation of a Warehouse Management System

·         Demonstrated success handling initiatives of high complexity and risk

·         Able to provide high level program estimates and program staffing models

·         Able to identify the interrelationship of projects across the program
