SAP GRC Admin
Bartlesville OK
6 months+
Responsibilities may include:
- SAP GRC system administration
- SAP GRC system configuration and associated testing
- SAP GRC workflow maintenance
- Review and progress access requests (2nd level support)
- Work with other SAP security team members on access requests as needed
- Manage background job processes
- Manage knowledge sharing and job aid documentation
- Administer periodic audit reviews
- Monitor segregations of duties/critical risks in SAP systems and work with SOX Coordinator and/or risk owners to
remediate or mitigate risks
- Maintain SAP GRC portal roles and actions
- Develop training content and periodically conduct training for role approvers, security coordinators, risk monitors, etc.
- Manage security coordinator network and facilitate monthly coordinator meetings
- Participate in SAP security team on-call rotation
Basic/Required:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years' relevant work experience in a technical support/programming role
- Willing and able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to provide day-to-day application support on a 24 x 7 basis
Preferred:
- 5+ years' on the job experience in SAP
- Previous GRC Access Control experience
- Previous experience in SAP security role development and administration
- Excellent problem solving/analytical skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a wide variety of personalities and skill levels
- Proficient in MS Office products, in particular MS Excel
2 professional references of the Reporting Manager from latest projects highly desired.
