•    7+ years experience developing, testing, implementation, documenting, updating SaleForce.com
•    Experience in a lead role in one or more projects
•    7+ years SalesForce.com System Admin
•    2+ years experience documenting technical aspects of system which has little to no existing documentation
•    2+ years TIBCO experience
•    Experience facilitating JAD sessions
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Experience defining requirements
•    Extensive experience with SOQL
•    Hands on experience with APIS (tooling, streaming, REST, SOAP)
•    Experience with AJAX, JQuery and JSON
•    Bachelor's degree in a technical field or comparable work experience
•    Team player, self-motivated, with strong organizational skills
