Position: Infrastructure project Manager

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Client: PNC Bank

 Need Cincinnati Local Candidates

Clarity Experience is Required

 THE POSITION
seeking for a Senior Project Manager (PM) to assist in the management of several infrastructure projects.  The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing and implementing medium to large scale technology infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies (on-premises, cloud based).  Works with business owners to define project scope and project requirements, build business cases, and oversees and prioritizes the delivery and implementation of technology solutions.

 

THE TOP 5 SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Project Management and Administration
2. Infrastructure Project Management
3.  IT and/or PMO Operations
4. Developing Project Charters (from scratch)
5. Understanding Technical Architecture and Design

 THE QUALIFICATION
· PMP Certification is preferred
· Minimum of EIGHT years experienced working in a challenging IT Infrastructure & Operations environment
· Excellent PM skills gained within an infrastructure & operations environment
· Experience working in a formalized PMO environment as a Project Lead/Manager
· Proficiency with MS Project to develop detailed project plans/schedules
· Proficiency in working with technical project teams to develop project Scope/WBS
· Experience working on infrastructure projects (MS Windows, Storage, Networking, VoIP, Datacenter, Facilities & MACs, DR, Hardware/Software deployments, Security, Desktop management)
· Ability to effectively manage project budgets, schedules, risks
· Ability to direct the work of others, to coordinate activities and resources within or between units
· Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, motivation, decisiveness, flexibility and sound business judgment
· Must be able to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and written
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, effective planning and problem-solving abilities and strong technical expertise
