TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
• Minimum 4-5 years of development experience in SSIS/SSRS and crystal report
• Must have good knowledge in SSRS, SSIS, SSAS(not mandatory but good to have)
• Must have good knowledge in T-SQL development/tuning, Debugging, monitoring and troubleshooting of existing objects (DB objects, ETL Packages, reports)
• Good hands on report development and enhancement on existing report.
• Should have good analytical skills # Experience in migration of objects (DB objects, ETL Packages, Reports).
• Having good experience in crystal report with diver.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for organizing and implementing the ongoing functions of the company web sites as assigned to ensure the availability of services/products to customers.
2. Comply with laws and regulations as they pertain to services provided by the Company
3. Troubleshooting: diagnose software/hardware errors or problems; correct if possible or direct to proper authority

TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
• Mastery of Performance Engineering techniques and methodologies including - Ability to create key deliverables including Estimates, Performance Test Strategy, Performance Engineering Test Plan
• Mastery of requirements process
• Advanced proven ability of IT testing leadership
• Understanding of SAP (on modules like MM, SD etc..)
• Mastery of testing automation approaches and benefits including test scripts development & execution.
• Mastery of test data management
• Mastery of environment management
• Advanced level of innovation including but not limited to: optimization, tuning and performance testing strategy
• Advanced Application Performance Management and Application Lifecycle Management concepts and their interrelationships.
• Proficient knowledge of project management (Work breakdown structure, MS Project, scheduling)
• Advanced resource management skills including but not limited to: project sourcing, task assignment/management
• Can apply departmental framework to projects and lead others in executing Performance Engineering strategies.
• Participates in the development and implementation of Performance Engineering processes.
• Ensures PE processes are followed on all projects.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Advanced knowledge of Performance Engineering techniques and methodologies.
• Can apply departmental framework to projects and lead multiple project leads/teams in executing Performance Engineering strategies.
• Develops and implements PE processes
• Ensures PE processes are followed on all projects.
