Responsibilities: 
• Work on complex Calendar migration and enhancement that includes - 
o Capture requirements from the site owner 
o Design the solution. 
o Develop custom web parts to talk to backend databases like SQL Server. 
o Configure SharePoint workflows in SharePoint lists and calendars. 
o Support the calendar during the maintenance phase. 
• Maintain and support the SharePoint for the department. 
• Previous experience with SharePoint migration, administration is must. Custom web part development is desirable. 
• Experience with Bamboo Web Part is a plus 
• Experience with application certification on various enterprise platforms is desirable. 
• Self starter and can work with minimal direction. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication. 
• Work on multiple projects at the same time. 
Responsible for the oversight and support an organization's infrastructure systems such as File and Print Services, Email, Network OS and Applications. Perform maintenance and support of the availability and functionality of these systems. Maintenance (includes OS Patching and upgrades), implementation rollouts of new systems, L1,2&3 break fix.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION 
The candidate is required to work one day a week or one day every other week at client office. The client is flexible for the day of the week. The candidate is expected to work with our client's IT team and client's DBA for the maintenance and upgrading window server 2003 to window server 2008. Client has MS SQL installed on Windows 2003 server. Services will be delivered Monday-Friday for 8-hours per week. Additional hours may be requested by the client at their discretion. 

Tasks are included but not limited to: 
Maintenance 
Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary. 
Upgrade and configure system software that supports GIS infrastructure applications or Asset Management applications per project or operational needs.
